An
interrelated focus on the topics of Character, Honesty & Integrity was at
the heart of the Character Education presentations for Division II for the past
two sessions on April 12 & 20, 2016. A featured component of the last
session was an amazing interpretive dance performance to the song “I Found My
Voice” by Joelle in 6L which reminded us that our actions are expressions of
our words and feelings –especially when the articulation of such is difficult
through conventional means.
Small group classroom sessions have and will further explore
these content areas. Such lessons will feature video clips from Values.com and popular songs as well as reflections from “Apple
Seeds” (Inspirational, Motivational, Quotes, Blessings, Prayers) and content
from the Virtues Project.
