God has designed you to live “rhythmically”, but
sometimes what we have chosen for our lifestyle may not be serving us well.
Sometimes there is a tendency to sign up for more than can reasonably fit into
one’s schedule because of certain priorities, or perhaps we neglect to make
time to spend in prayer with God each day. Whatever your tempo or schedule, it
is important to note the toll that this tendency is taking on a person’s life
in specific ways, such as leaving one with a sense of anxiety or a lack of
purpose, or disconnecting you from important relationships… especially one’s
relationship with God as noted in the following message from God that I’m sure
we could all relate to:

As this video clearly illustrates, sometimes
incorporating a spiritual life into normal daily living with all of its
distractions can be challenging.
Balancing spiritual practices, jobs, parenting, family relationships and
leisure pursuits can be more than difficult. Please note that in God we can find
the necessary support to not only manage a busy life but make it more
meaningful too! With that in mind, I
have found it important to pause and reflect on how I fill my day. This challenges me to reflect on when I can
find time for God in my words and actions.
With that in mind, please
pause briefly in prayerful reflection . . . a message to God like
this is timely especially during hectic times but during times of need,
sadness, happiness or even to show gratitude for our blessings.

In closing, please take a few
minutes to enjoy the song “Breathe” by Jonny Diaz. Diaz is an American contemporary Christian
pop artist whose music and lyrics are rooted in assurance of God’s design of
our lives especially during those busy and stressful moments.
